Overall Satisfaction with Airtable

[It's] Currently used for marketing project management, asset management, and calendars. We are using it specifically for the communications department. Airtable has been instrumental in solving accountability and tracking issues for projects.
  • Importing spreadsheets. This feature is convenient, especially while transitioning from spreadsheets to Airtable databases.
  • Variety of templates. The templates have been especially helpful as we're getting to know Airtable and it's capabilities.
  • Linking to records. This feature provides many ways to view and analyze data.
  • I'd like to be able to link records between databases.
  • Gantt chart functionality.
  • More formats for dates
  • Being able to pivot/add tasks/add collaborators in real time has been a huge timesaver.
  • Less chance of tasks falling through the cracks.
  • More department engagement and accountability.
We liked the "feel" of Airtable, the ability to have multiple views (and personal views), the ability to customize and collaborate.
I can only comment on our own experience, but I've found it to be well suited for small project management as well as tracking work load for our department. The collaborators feature is useful.
