Overall Satisfaction with Alkami
Alkami is used to provide online banking experiences to credit union members. Alkami is utilized for both desktop and mobile, however, the focus is clearly mobile-first. Alkami can be used for both retail and business applications, however, the strategic focus of the product has been retail. Although the business does exist, and is not too bad for small businesses (not appropriate for medium to large size businesses).

- Broad array of retail banking capabilities.
- A large array of integrated partner products to enhance the core functionality of the base product.
- SDK and API-centric architecture are helping to design for the future of banking applications.
- SDK and APIs are not fully mature - while they are functional and have a bright future, the support infrastructure is not fully developed.
- Custom development can take a long time.
- They may be focused on sales over support given their recent public offering.
- Uptime and performance.
- Innovation and partnerships.
- Responsiveness of the organization to our needs.
