Overall Satisfaction with Allego Sales Enablement Platform
We use Allego to grade calls from our legal assistants to provide feedback. We also use to it gain knowledge and alerts for areas in which we can grow when it comes to our customer service.
- First i would say my rep Matt is amazing and one of the reasons we will use Allego
- The product itself, it is easy to use and provides good insight
- The new addition of co-branding has been awesome

- being able to customize it a bit more
