Overall Satisfaction with ApptioOne

ApptioOne is used internally to track assets and asset age, assist the business to manage their assets (laptop/desktop assignment and locations). We utilize its reporting capabilities to both provide information regarding where hardware is placed, but also to alert of any users with more than one machine. We also utilize these reports to keep track of device type/user affinity.

I would recommend using it for asset management. both assignment and type. it provides a very good list of correlations, and helps manage the assets as well as gain insights about spending in the business when it comes to assets. I would not recommend using it as an end all be all as it doesn't write back to the dataset.
