Overall Satisfaction with ApptioOne

For cost transparency and TCO information. Recently, we've used it for asset distribution information as a starting point of consumption billing and bill of it

It hasn't to my knowledge, so far is only to consult how things are today

There are times in which I need to call them to let them know I submitted a support request, otherwise it could talk for about a day to notice.
Also, several times we¿'ve asked for advices on how to avoid performance issues, and we comply to the best of our capability, but there are times in which performance only improves slightly.

The performance is the biggest issue it has also managing the data everything feels very restrictive and tedious. It's hard to know how tables are linked, like which column is being used on what other tables Sometimes report building gets overcomplicated when you just want to show the data as it is and need to make it a model, and then you need to keep an eye on hoe the data is being grouped. To be honest, I feel like tools like Tableau or Power BI can make the job much better.
