Overall Satisfaction with Apricot by Social Solutions

I use Apricot Social Solutions daily as a database to keep clients' records, run reports, create forms, and simplify our work by keeping the client's information confidential. It is friendly to use, and if I have questions, I can reach out to their friendly team, and they help me quickly to find answers.

Our organization was able to scale our food pantry, financial services, and seasonal programs, serve more clients, budget better for the following months, and project the number of clients for the next years. Also, easy access to data helps us evaluate what needs to be improved or if we are on the right path.
The data collected on Apricot by Social Solutions helps us to keep track of the money we are spending, and it allows us to project how many clients we will assist and how much funding needs to be raised for the following year. Also, keeping track of our donor list and their information is helpful.
Apricot by Social Solutions is a complete product. I don't have to start the product from scratch; instead, it is built and more user-friendly. For example, it is hard to build a database with Microsoft Access, and if I have questions about it, I may not find answers as easily as if I contact Apricot customer service.

(Appropriate)-We collect information and run end-of-the-month reports to help us keep track of our budget. Also, we can evaluate the client's improvement through a rating system. (Less appropriate)-When we open a file stated longer than a year ago and refer to the client's date of birth, we get erroneous information since the system doesn't update the calculation automatically.
