What is Arena PLM and QMS?

Arena, a PTC business, helps companies to design, produce, and deliver innovative products with a unified cloud-based PLM and QMS platform. Arena understands modern product companies rely on distributed teams and global supply chains to develop products, ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO, ITAR, EAR, and environmental compliance), and respond to customer demands.

Arena states that they have more than 1,400 global high-tech electronics and medical device customers. Companies with complex products comprised of electrical, mechanical, and software designs need a single system to collaborate in real-time. Arena enables every participant throughout the entire product lifecycle to work together–increasing visibility and traceability. This helps to accelerate new product development (NPD) and new product introduction (NPI) by streamlining processes, automating review cycles, and reducing errors to increase profitability.

Excellent. In 43 years, I have never once encountered a customer success team who actually cared about the customer as much as the folks at Arena do. It hasn't been even close.

A bit limited at the moment, email tag back and forth for now, not sure I communicated clearly an issue I was having, and it is something only a document control person would understand, my success coach did not understand, maybe they have never used the product? Might be a good idea to have them do this, so they can better answer and address the issues their customers encounter

I have not personally contacted them so far. There were integration problems with Arena a few months ago and our document control team was constantly in touch with Arena support to have it fixed. Meanwhile, some functionalities in Arena were down for 2-3 days.

My experience with customer support has been minimal, but positive. I was not the project lead for the initial implementation of the software, but I had input during the early stages that was quickly and completely addressed by the customer success team. The turnaround time on inquiries is fairly short, and was always adequate for my needs. The team showed care and exerted a good deal of personalized effort towards finding solutions to specific problems or proposing workarounds for various business critical tasks.

I've had no issues with Arena's customer success team. A couple of years ago, a colleague requested help and pointed out a potential software bug, and he said the service representative was rude and uncooperative. Although I don't question the sincerity of this individual, I have only had good customer interactions with the company..

I have not had much direct interaction with the Arena Customer success team, as I have not personally faced any issues. I will say that the upgrades made to the Arena platform are always clearly explained to the user upon implementation. This speaks to the the platforms concern with customer success with new developments.

Mixed experiences with Arena's customer success team. I only worked with them in the beginning during initial implementation to help my company get started with Arena. It was a long process that probably took longer than needed.

I personally have not had much interaction with the Arena's customer success team. However, our Quality System Administrator worked more closely with them during implementation and was able to get a lot of assistance and set up during the process. Less communication has been needed since our Arena administrators internally are well equipped to handle any issues and concerns presently.
