Overall Satisfaction with Ascentis
We used Ascentis across our organization. It is used for time clock services including an points for attendance process. We also use the HR, Benefits and Learning & Development modules. This allows us to automate information as well as provides us opportunities to use the system processes rather than creating manual processes.
- Flexibility of the HR Module
- The homepage / dashboard is great as an administrator
- Benefits is pretty easy to use
- L& D module needs more flexibility and options
- clunky between Ascentis and the NovaTime modules - not cohesive enough
- finish putting everything out under the web interface, I don't ever want to have to log into the desktop option
- Being all remote gives us the opportunity to get done what is needed
