Overall Satisfaction with Automox
We use Automox to patch windows OS on laptops throughout the company. In healthcare we need to patch laptops from the latest exploits. We are currently on pushing it to the desktop and works will with the desktop
- Patching
- silent install
- information of device
- the older interface was easier to manage
- newer interface was as challenge in the beginning
- closing 3rd party apps so that can be installed
- easier to update laptops
- less man power
easier to see if someone was actually using the laptop. tell us the laptop time the laptop check in and tell us who the last person to use it, as well the IP addresses
