Overall Satisfaction with Autopilot

Autopilot is being used by the marketing department with the help of the operations department managing the data that gets in the platform. It is not used by the sales or customer experience teams. The business problem it addresses is emailing our customers promotions and information that help generate more sales and retention.

  • Positive - more emails.
  • Positive - more revenue.
  • Negative - more unsubscribers.
Autopilot stacks up okay against the competition, but there are many platforms out there that are doing the same thing, either better and/or cheaper. I recently reviewed Klaviyo and Pardot and both seem to have more capabilities then Autopilot. Mailchimp is another competitor that Autopilot performs better than and would not recommend to folks.
Autopilot is well suited for organizations that would like to email their database in an efficient manner. It is not suitable for organizations that need to have personalized touch and do not have a large customer base they need to email frequently. It helps when email marketing is a big role for the organization.
