Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

We use quite a few of the Avalara services. AvaTax is being used for tax calculation for our online store and QuickBooks invoicing. We also use CertCapture for exemptions and tax compliance for the whole organization.
We also use Avalara's tax returns and registration.

Due to the technical language, it wasn't as easy; however, now that we are familiar it's getting easier.
Great graphics, dynamics, very user friendly.

Definitely beneficial to have all the items in one place.
Haven't compared Avalara it to anything.
It is great at having all of the information in one place, directing you to the correct answer.
Wish the exemption certificates were more universal, which would help with verification.
