Overall Satisfaction with Avaya Aura

Our main phone system and for contact center. We are on-prem and tend to stay as long as possible. The main challenge will be addressing the issue when we want to integrate different Avaya components together. We would like it to be more easy and able to manage our system in one place.

  • Less downtime
  • Customer service
  • Documentation of the issue and workaround
  • System Manager - device and number management
  • Avaya ASA is still awesome to use to manage number
  • Subscription cost priced well
I used to work with Cisco UCCE and I am seeing Avaya is catching up.
