Overall Satisfaction with Avaya Call Center Elite
We are a company that heavily uses Call Centers. I manage the team that implements, configures, and maintains our call centers with Avaya Call Center Elite. The product allows for a very robust capability to help with the changing times of call center needs as well as differences between departmental requirements.
- Routing with vectors.
- Time of day tables.
- Priority queuing.
- Skill based routing with priority can be improved but does work great.
- Routing properly with skill base routing is a positive.
The two products are a good combination, especially if you are doing blended routing. I have been working with Avaya Call Center Elite just because I have worked with it longer than AEP.
