Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

We recently needed to upgrade the screens we use each week for our main service. In the process, we came across AVI-SPL as we were looking for a company that could provide us with the ability to order custom-sized skirts to cover the bottom of the screen frame. AVI-SPL was very easy to work with throughout the entire process, from ordering all the way to delivery. Their communication and customer service [were] top-notch.

My experience with the AVI-SPL representative assigned to our specific needs was great. Jessica always had an answer to my questions. She helped us find the right product, communicate with the vendor, and always responded to my requests in a very timely manner. When we have needs in the future we won't hesitate to reach back out to AVI-SPL.
I can't speak to this aspect of AVI-SPL. We haven't taken advantage of this part of their services.

Our experience might be a unique one because we only used a very small portion of the services offered by AVI-SPL. We specifically needed one product and needed to be able to custom order that product in a specific size. For us, AVI-SPL provided that service in a way that was easy, efficient, and provided great communication throughout the process. The reason I didn't give the perfect score of 10 is because of my limited experience with AVI-SPL. I can't speak to the other services they offer but if they're anything like our experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
