Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

We recently completed a full corporate office relocation. AVI-SPL was selected as the vendor partner for all audiovisual installation, training, and implementation. The state of the art audio visual setup allows for seamless virtual meetings or on-site location meetings.

Pros

  • Analysis of user needs and communication during installation period
  • Procurement and installation
  • Training users

Cons

  • Difficult to specify since they were very flexible in design/cost and delivery
  • Increased the use of media rooms due to the ease of scheduling, activating, and recording
Never had the need to engage the help desk
Scheduling meetings, audio during, and activating are extremely user friendly.
