After Datto was acquired by Kaseya, we were seeking an alternate solution. We landed on Axcient x360Recover on word of mouth from other MSPs and were pleasantly surprised. The product does what it says on the tin, is truly secure (we choose our own encryption keys), and provides critical uptime for our clients in the event of an emergency. We are also very happy that our data is stored just a few hours away in Kelowna (we are a Vancouver-based IT provider working with clients in the legal + healthcare spaces and storing our clients' data in Canada is important). Overall, we are also pleased that Axcient x360Recover takes customer feedback seriously and allows us to suggest improvements right from the partner portal. Besides that, the software just works.
