Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR
BambooHR is being used across the whole company. As a manager of a department with 6 direct reporters and 20 people in general it is an all-in-one place to keep all the information about your team. You can easily look through the Company's org chart, search for people, get some announcements, request a day off, etc. BambooHR helps you with your day-by-day human resources routines.

- Keeping your and your team's personal and job information
- Giving and receiving feedbacks
- Requesting VL, SL, day off
- Plain text fields in requests (e.g. compensation request). No lists, bullets, etc.
- Some custom feedback requests for your team
- Anonymous custom feedback requests about myself
- It made it easier and faster to reach the information about all team members
- It raised the employees' satisfaction by making all the requests simple to reach
- Saves lots of time for managers keeping all your teams personal and job info accessible from one place
Well, BambooHR is a target software designed specifically for HR tasks. So it is lightweight, simple, fast both in use and in maintenance. Since it is flexible, you can ask the developers to add something specifically for your use cases. It's simple and intuitive, user-friendly. There is a web interface and an application (although without 100% functionality).
