Overall Satisfaction with Barracuda ECHOplatform for MSPs
We are using it as the starting point for all client accounts for all cloud backup, email security and sentry.

- the expanding of the roles that are allowed, just 4 seems to be too limiting
- integration of the campus should be self service not a email and wait for 24 hour turn around

- updating the licenses is time consuming where one needs to submit a ticket
- the changing of the cloud to cloud version was not a smooth change, going from v1 to v2 was a huge issue
The platform was a requirement to get access to the products, but it seemed a bit rushed and some of the feature are not consistent, like the cloud to cloud you need to create an admin for the tech to implement vs the creds passed over from ECHOplatform.
