Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud eTapestry
We use Blackbaud eTapestry as our fundraising and volunteer database / CRM. It is integrated with our website and GoCardless so supporters can sign up to events, make donations and set up direct debits. We also use it to send regular email newsletters to our supporters.

- Easy event booking system, streamlined and requires very little back office admin
- Good customer feedback, very few complaints that DIY forms don't work or are hard to navigate
