Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT
I use Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT to process accounts payable. The selling point was their email notifications. However, there have been many problems in the past three months, and we have had a case open for over a year.
- Email notifications
- Large screen compared to FE - much easier to read
- Actual AP payment process is straight forward
- The upgrades often create unintentional problems
- Problem-solving is reactive, not proactive
- Limited number of invoices that can be processed at one time. We have to limit it to approximately 110, or we get an error and must start from scratch

- Bank file for uploading
- When things work, they work well
- No numbers - but the down time when waiting for chat help or a fix is very discouraging/time consuming
