Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT
I use Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT in my position as a fundraiser. There are a few advantages, such as being able to see dashboards and gifts quickly. Unfortunately in my experience, as an avid Raiser's Edge user, there are a few frustrations and limitations. For example, I can get a list of gifts for a specific area, but I can't get the addresses or emails of the people who made those gifts. This makes it hard to be able to write thank you notes. Also, in order to look up information about funds, I have to go into RE. I think Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT is good for those who are not tech savvy but have too many limitations.

In order for Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT to provide me with more effective fundraising, it has a long way to go. I still need to go into RE frequently, which is annoying. The kinks still need to be worked out before Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT is something I can rely on. It's a start, but not fully functional
