Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT

Used to manage all aspects of our donor database. Database consists of ~7,000 active donors.

They haven't. We haven't used a single report out of Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT nor have we found any of them useful to us. I've tried recreating reports that we use in Database View in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT but frequently run into a field that we use in a Database view report not being available to filter on or display in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT.

Raiser's Edge Database View is where I and my colleagues spend most of our time. None of the updates that Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT has seen have been compelling enough for us to primarily use Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT over Database view. Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT is really only useful to us when we need to look at a record very quickly. Although, Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT removing some functionality and having some recent prolonged downtime has made our overall experience pretty frustrating.
