Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT

I love NXT because it allows me to have all of our donor information at my finger tips, whether I am in the office or on the road. The app works just as well as the desktop version and is very user friendly.

  • NXT has enabled me and my team to connect more regularly, more intentionally and more appropriately with our donors. It's intuitive nature does the thinking for me and reminds me when I need to take the next step in a relationship.
I have been able to have donor giving history's at my fingertips and that informs my "asks". The reporting functions enable me to track variances in donor giving on a month by month or year over year basis so that no one falls through the cracks.

It is great when you are on the road and need access to your donor information. It is also great for when you have just completed a visit and want to get those actions recorded along with any follow up steps before you move on to something else and forget what was shared or promised.
