Overall Satisfaction with BlackLine

We use BlackLine for reconciliations, journals, compliance, and Smart Close. The application is used primarily by the accounting and finance org, but the compliance module is used by others in the org as well. We use the platform to manage account reconciliations, manage tasks in the financial close, process manual journal entries, and track the organization's internal controls over financial reporting.

Especially for the reconciliations module, BlackLine support is very responsive and knowledgeable. Other modules that involve more specific client configuration and are less standardized are often more difficult to get quick answers to questions.
