Overall Satisfaction with BlackLine

I currently manage a BlackLine team that is focused on developing match sets in order to automate high volume reconciliations that are often difficult to reconcile manually. We've had successful projects in cash, fixed assets, inventory, intercompany, and payroll. I'm really optimistic about continuing to use BlackLine in order to further automate our reconciliations.
  • Automation.
  • Approval processes.
  • Documentation.
  • Setting up matching rules could be easier.
  • Reduced headcount requirements.
  • Allowing users to spend time on analysis.
We've had some confusion working with BlackLine on all the available capabilities when working with match sets. Sometimes the organization seems to move so fast everyone doesn't seem to be on the same page.
