Overall Satisfaction with BlackLine

BlackLine is being used across all departments that currently reconcile accounts and/or post journal entries. BlackLine helped us address visibility and accountability problems in our organization. We have many accountants, controllers, and analysts posting into BlackLine Journals, and this has helped in moving responsibilities to the right parties, along with approvals.

The views could use some improvement.
Great support; very fast and efficient.
BlackLine is well suited to handle reconciliations for accounts and to post journal entries. It could use some work in AS400 ERP integration, but our implementation team was great in accommodating it for our needs. The user interface is extremely easy to use, and as a system/business admin, I was also surprised at how easy it is for me to upload, import, and set up jobs to run.
