Overall Satisfaction with Bloomerang
We use Bloomerang as our only and main donor management system. Although other personnel can access it, the system is mainly used by our executive assistant, myself and the CEO. We keep track of all our donations, donor records, and run reports.

- We used to feel challenged by obtaining accurate reports. However, they have really updated this feature and the webinars help with other questions we might have. They have also added more report templates to make the process much easier for reports that we use often.
- Pledges and pledge payments both show up on the summary graphic as a total of the two, not just as the pledge payment.
- We have increased our donations over the past three years.
Our previous system was called Donor Vantage. We did not have any staff left at the organization who were trained with the program and getting reports was a nightmare. There was a lot of inaccurate information in that system (garbage in, garbage out) so it was not dependable.
