Neighbor to Neighbor of South Carolina uses Bloomerang to manage our donor communications by sending emails to supporters, catalog and maintain our donor database, report on donors, and send custom letters to donors and supporters. Bloomerang is used by the entire organization, and it systematically keeps the organization organized when it comes to donor communications.

- Live online chat feature is crucial, especially when in a pinch
- The company is constantly improving processes
- Improved reporting feature and added ability for attachments to emails
- Ability to copy templates of letters to emails and vice versa
- Change filter options in a letter or email after it is created instead of making a new one

Bloomerang was our second product. The first is no longer functioning and was Excel based with little room for growth or supporting more than 1,000 constituents. Bloomerang is much more intuitive and with the online chat feature is an incredible program.
