Overall Satisfaction with Bloomerang

We use it as our CRM for donor and prospect management. As a smaller non-profit, I am the main user, and my CEO and COO have access to it, but do not use it daily. Bloomerang makes it easy to run reports, manage tasks and quick snapshots. It's very easy to use.

  • Although it allows customization of fields, it would be easier if they had more templates.
I did a lot of research of different CRMs that might be best suited for our organization that ranged from free to tens of thousands. It was between Bloomerang and another CRM and I felt that Bloomerang was the best option for us.
It's much more affordable and easier to use than Raiser's Edge (RE). It's great for smaller non-profits, but I see the value for any size to use. I wish there could be more customization on the online forms so you could personalize more than just your logo.
