Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire
Bloomfire is used to house all of our onboarding videos and documents, as well as our business process documentation. It's being used across our whole organization. Our company changes on the fly, so it's great to easily upload new process documents for our employees to get caught up on business process changes.

I feel like Trainual is everything Bloomfire is with bonus features. We used Bloomfire as a training mechanism, but really had no way of knowing results for employee interaction with the documentation. Trainual makes everything much more transparent. We can see who exactly went through tutorials, how far they made it through each, and how many different ones they made it through at any time.
