Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
BlueJeans is our go-to platform for conferencing, both for internal meetings and for any of our clients who don't have another preferred system. Since many of us work remotely, we need to share and discuss our work, often spontaneously.
- BlueJeans works reliably, unlike other systems we've used that have had numerous audio problems and dropped calls. This is particularly important when we are on calls with clients.
- It's easy to record meetings in BlueJeans. You don't have to remember a keypad combination--just press the record button.
- If the host leaves the call, the other participants can stay on. In fact, the person who sets up the meeting doesn't even have to join the meeting. This is great when the host has a last minute conflict.
- Screen sharing is easy, and I can share my entire screen or a specific application window.
- When I use the Blue Jeans app, I don't have to remember or keep track of dial-in numbers or pass codes. The app shows all my upcoming meetings and I simply click to join.
- It would be nice if all participants had easy access to call recordings from the BlueJeans app.
- When sharing screens, it would be useful if other participants could annotate or at least point to things on the screen I am sharing.
- Collaborative creative work and client meetings are vital to the success of our agency business. BlueJeans has helped us maintain our reputation for competence and reliability and makes it easy for clients to work with us.
Although I do not purchase or specify conferencing products, I have been told that BlueJeans is more cost-effective than other platforms we've tried. The call recording and screen sharing features were essential in selecting BlueJeans.
