Using BlueJeans
1500 - Sales, Product, Marketing. We use bluejeans intensively for collaboration, customer calls with clients to land deals and We also use promote New Relic with Marketing. We also use bluejeans for our big company events. all hands, offsite events etc. We have also used bluejeans screen sharing functionality and new whiteboarding to help bring New Relic to the next level.
5 - A deep understanding for how software and how videoconferencing works. Knowledge in networking and different room configurations. Whether its lifesize or Polycom codecs. Mac mini provisioning. Or Using and installing the new bluejeans rooms hardware. I come from a deep audiovisual background where we use crestron for control and having that knowledge has really helped me leverage to the next level
- screen sharing
- one touch dialing
- command center
- Crestron for control
- cross-functional team sync ups
- broadcasting from major events using blackmagic software and hardware
- hopefully to be able to play videos
- a complete alternative to ring central
- SIP dialing
Evaluating BlueJeans and Competitors
Yes - lifesize point to point video conferencing. We replaced it because this was a flawed system, did not have the one-touch dial, command center insights and calendar integration we've grown to love. Lifesize point to point also had a higher failure rate compared to bluejeans and would always drop in and out of meetings.

Our users. In our organization, our users come first and we value their opinion. So when we left Lifesize for Bluejeans, we were thrilled to know productivity and collaboration has skyrocketed, and overall usability has made a leap. Thanks to bluejeans we have a ton more features and alot more positive reviews
I would evaluate based on what we are now getting, 1:1 feature wise with what bluejeans has been able to offer us. It goes a long way to have a great customer experience rep and a sales division thats not entirely hungry and after your money. They genuinely care about my feedback and providing us with the support we need.
