Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

We are a small business and therefore it's being used by our whole organization. It's mostly used by our sales team to conduct meetings with clients from across the country. It helps us qualify leads and lowers our cost to acquire a customer.
  • The user experience within the meeting is intuitive
  • The user experience from an administrative perspective is clean and simple
  • Compatible with third party camera and microphones
  • It was difficult for first-time users to login properly
  • It drastically lowered our cost to acquire a customer
  • It saved a significant amount of time, energy and money by qualifying customers without incurring additional expenses
  • Shortened our sales cycle !!
WebEx has been easier for our customers to login. WebEx allows us to easily share iPad screens.
Some hospital systems block access to bluejeans because it suggests downloading an app. Obviously there is an web login thats accessible but our customers always struggled.
BlueJeans is well suited for any sales scenario as long as the person logging in on the other end can follow simple instructions. It seems very easy but for some reason they struggled logging in with audio and video. Therefore, in our situation it became better suited for internal meetings with our sales team that had no problem logging in.
