Overall Satisfaction with Bolt
We use Bolt as our checkout partner and payment processor on our e-commerce website. Bolt addresses the problems with native checkout on shopping platforms by making the entire process quicker and more seamless.
- Checkout fast! Bolt really helps our customers checkout on our website much quicker and with less user errors.
- Support. When something inevitably breaks, Bolt's support team is always there to help find a solution quickly.
- Motivation. Bolt's entire business model is set up right so that it is a win-win for us and Bolt. They are always looking to improve their platform and thus improving ours and ultimately the customer's experience.
- I think Bolt could improve the coupon section of their platform. Allowing multiple codes to be input.
- I'd like to see some of the features that Bolt has made available on other shopping platforms on WooCommerce (It's worth noting most are available.)
- Bolt has definitely increased our sales. No doubt about that. Because customers can checkout more seamlessly and quickly, we're losing a very small amount of sales due to frustration during checkout.
- Bolt's business model is completely based on our sales. They take a percentage on each transaction. So, our investment with them only grows as our business grows.
