Bonita BPM is used to formalize transversal process, such as 'Accounting closing', 'Business Plan' or Reporting.
The solution allows to reduce validation through email, automatize transfer of key data to our referential, storage of document in GED.

Users are very happy with the solution, even if it does not cover all possible situation. It requires a very reliable referential, especially on 'Users in charge', to work correctly.
Implementation of first processes are hard, because all situations haven't been thought of, but it improves with time.
It is quite easy to interface data exchange with other tools, and if some functionnality ar emissing, BONITA can easily developp them.
It is a complete and flexible tool, but not so easy to implement. You need a real technical team to implement a project, it cannot be done easily from a BPM diagramm.
It can be used for BPM or Case management, and can mix both in one process.
