Overall Satisfaction with Booker

We use SpaBooker (now Booker) at our 2 NY locations. We constantly run into issues/glitches that still haven't been resolved in the past year. We have actually lost money due to these issues - usually pertaining to memberships/automated charges and appointments that have dissapeared (or for some reason we're unable to book appointments). The system also often takes a while to catch up with itself while we're ringing guests out, takes a very long time and is embarrassing - and it is not due to our internet speed!
  • It is pretty self explanatory, easy to figure out how to perform tasks.
  • I love the clarity of the schedule and client information.
  • I also really like the clarity of reports, although the membership reports could be improved.
  • Membership charges, when and how benefits become available and the membership reports.
  • We often can't book appointments, it will say that the appointment time or staff is unavailable when they are. Then we just have to block out the time instead.
  • When merging guests, we're only allowed to choose certain guest notes when we need to be able to save all of them. We've had other instances when guest notes have dissapeared as well.
  • We've lost money due to the membership glitches.
  • Millennium
I've used Millennium in the past - I love the LOOK of SpaBooker better but I don't recall ever having the amount of glitches as Booker has. Their membership process was much more streamlined as well.
