Overall Satisfaction with BQE CORE
We use BQE CORE for all time and expense tracking, client billing, and general accounting. Migration from another BQE product was a challenge. I feel they could have made this easier on the client by being more organized and arranging an reasonable and transparent timeline to know what to expect during and post-migration. Our training wasn't scheduled until the migration of the data was complete. At which time they had none of their regular trainers available for weeks, and a Senior Staff Member had to step in to get us rolling with the new product. There were several issues discovered during the first 6 months that we are still waiting for a resolution. Their customer service is friendly and available, but the follow through and time to resolution is in need of improvement.
