Overall Satisfaction with BrightTALK

We use BrightTALK for light to medium training and also to get info on current products available in the banking and IT markets.

  • Suggestive referrals.
  • Possibly a slightly more frequent recommendation schedule.
  • An easier sign in to webinars.
  • Slightly more intuitive search feature.
  • So far, BT has given us some ideas for the future.
  • When considering several products for integration, BT has opened our eyes to alternatives we hadn't thought of yet.
  • In the same vein, BT has given us more info and details on a product we were already interested in.

We can't really find much negative about BrightTALK so far. We've enjoyed the suggested training, product evaluations, and webinars. We also appreciate that you are not hounded by vendors after attending-- we have an evaluation process in place, so repeated calls/emails by salespeople will have no effect on our decision-making, they just annoy us.
We have not had to contact support.
We've found the suggested training to be pretty spot on, and the speakers have been good so far. The pacing is usually good to slightly fast. Most professionals don't have time to take a couple of hours a week on training or learning about new products, so we've also found the length of the meetings to be very good. The suggested classes/webinars have been good so far-- too many companies ask you to fill out a questionnaire about what you use or what you're interested in and then pigeonhole in those couple of suggestions forever. So far, we have not seen that with BrightTALK.
