Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

I had been trying to get in contact with patients and thought to myself that they were just not answering. The call would go silent and so I easily assumed I was just having a bad day at reaching clients. Until I received a call and when the same thing happened I started to question what was going on with my phone, so I switched it out and it went completely out of service. Daniel was so great and quick to resolve my issue.

  • I really have absolutely no complaints, but if I have to put something, name spelling (my name was spelled with an E)
  • Staying on phone to resolve issue rather than a call back
  • Information on how I could have or could not have resolved the issue myself.
I actually was not bothered at all that Daniel decided to give me a call back, he took a total of less than 10 minutes for sure to get my phone to work. I could have maybe gotten busy and that would be the only reason it'd be inconvenient, but the time management went great. I officially figured out it was a problem on my end because I got onto Broadvoice, which i was very unfamiliar with, and heard everything that was being recorded and people were answering!
