Overall Satisfaction with Bullhorn Recruitment CRM
Bullhorn is our current CRM and it helps out with finding and adding candidates. A very well put database for us. Bullhorn is being used across Procom in its entirety. As of right now, not sure of any. It does lag a lot though causing us not being able to use it effectively at times.
- Addition of candidates and effective candidate database
- Bullhorn is a great ATS because it is easy to navigate making your workload A LOT easier
- I used a proprietary ATS at my old job and it was not as efficient as Bullhorn
- I think Daxtra search needs to be free and not of charge. Adding costs to everything in BH is getting out of hand
- I think certain tabs need to have more information added and list of things we can add without having to pay extra for anything
- Some more effective BH training would be greatly appreciated.
- My ROI has been great because it saves me time when looking for a candidate and at the end of the day, time is money.
- When Bullhorn glitches or lags, it messes up my momentum especially if a job needs submissions and is getting halted around the same time
- Overall, Bullhorn has made a huge and positive impact for my recruiting.
Bullhorn is very effective when it comes to easy searching and can be understood with basic training. Salesforce on the other hand was hard to comprehend.
