Overall Satisfaction with Calendly

We use Calendly to coordinate internal meetings, sales calls, customer interviews, hiring interviews, and for customer support.
  • Scheduling- schedule meetings directly on your calendar. No more "does that time work for you?"
  • Communication/Reminders- automate scheduling reminders for participants to improve attendance rates
  • Availability- Update availability easily for holidays, vacations, etc.
  • Tracking people who reschedule frequently (CRM type tracking)
  • Zoom Integration
  • LinkedIn Integration
  • Gmail Integration
  • Workflows
  • Helped improve customer connection by allowing families to actually schedule a call back instantly
  • Helped improve internal team productivity through meeting polls in finding common times
  • Helped improve sales and outreach through easy to schedule meetings

Highly recommend for anyone who is needing to schedule meetings, calls, events, etc.

It makes things streamlined when there are a lot of moving pieces.

Less appropriate is for maybe for people who don't have scheduling needs, however I don't think people who don't have these needs would be looking for a platform to assist.
