Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
Ceridian Dayforce is used by our company for both HR and for payroll and is currently being used for all US and Canadian based employees. We went live back in October 2017.
- Pairing you up with a company like business to ask questions.
- Account Reps are always there for you, even after you go live!
- Their product support.
- Training could be better.
- Performance module is new, but Ceridian is open to change.
- Cost savings from what we paid for Workday was huge.
- Timekeeping.
