We use Ceridian Dayforce as an applicant tracking system, payroll, benefits and workforce management. The product helps us keep track of our applicants and follows employees through their employee lifecycle.

This is probably on our part because we haven’t utilized the feature as much as we can. I know it’s robust so need more support in making sure it’s being utilized.
I feel like we are still trying to find and click to get to a lot of things in the req for the applicant tracking system. I wish there was a dashboard to see where candidates were in the hiring process.
I love that it’s all in one spot and I’m not trying to log into a bunch of different systems.
