Checkout.com is one of our primary gateways. Seamlessly integrated into our payment stack, it delivers reliable payment services across our brands for eCommerce traffic and other business initiatives.
- They provide excellent advice from knowledgeable subject matter experts on all things payments.
- They adapt quickly to our business-changing needs, helping us stay agile as our business grows.
- They provide trustworthy and reliable services that enable us to take payments with as little friction as possible.
- They are as passionate about performance as we are, working closely with us to ensure we maximize the chances of success for every transaction.
- It would be great to see more data points available in the data analytics area of the dashboard.
- While coverage is good, more APMs, particularly across Europe, would be great to allow us to maximise the opportunities there.
- An advanced query tool built into the platform that allowed access to manipulate the raw data via SQL and extract it for further analysis and aggregation with other data sets.
- It has enabled us to become a multiple PSP business by seamlessly integrating with our current setup.
- Provided prompt support in integrating and accepting payments for a new business area we were expanding into, delivering a considerable revenue stream to our bottom line.
- Assisted us in navigating numerous evolutions of the payments landscape, such as network tokens, and provided data to enable us to better understand how the adoption of these was evolving and how we could best maximize the opportunities this offered and reduce the cost impacts of card scheme penalties.
The Checkouts team has provided useful insight and local knowledge into the payment landscape in Europe, SEA, and ROW. This knowledge has helped to form our understanding of this complex area, and we look forward to working with them to maximize this further as we expand our business activities globally and expand the list of APMs they offer.
We still use all the above, but checkout was selected to be included within them because of their current stability, their future-looking approach, and our interest in how they would develop. It's fair to say they are keeping to that initial evaluation and going from strength to strength.
