Overall Satisfaction with Chorus.ai

We utilize Chorus.ai to monitor our calls so that we can do many things, one being to use the note-taking capabilities but also listen back and refer to the conversation being had. It addresses the problem of forgetting what happened in previous calls so we can better prepare for future calls.

Chorus.ai was an affordable tool. Although I was not in the conversation as to why we selected Chorus over companies like Gong, I am happy we decided Chorus.ai. The onboarding process and ease of use have been beneficial. I enjoy using Chorus.ai and the automation it brings to my day today.
I have not used features such as notifications, scorecards, or playlists, but what I can provide in the process of onboarding our new employees. They can deep dive into real conversations and start learning the language of our industry and the terminology of the company.
Chorus.ai is very well suited to help any company that calls its prospects. It is a great tool to stay organization look back referring calls but also to improve onboard new employees. It is a great training tool and preparation tool. It is one of our most effective tools.
