Chorus.ai is the only tool that allows me to listen and hear how my team is performing on calls, without having to join every call! We do our best to ask open-ended questions, which leads to more client talk time, so I like to see how much time the client spends talking.
I haven't had to work with the support team as of late! I do love the "what's new at chorus product update" emails that the team sends.
