  • Adding videos to playlists is an extremely clunky process.

I've heard Gong has better analytics but never actually used it.

They're really good, very helpful. Not too hands-on though--they could be a little more proactive in terms of what they build-out for us.
Chorus.ai is well suited for call recording and transcription.
