- Most transcribers are much better in terms of conversion (speech to text) quality and I use them pretty much every day.
- It is hard for me to take notes during the call as I lose focus on the content discussed and follow-up questions asked. I depend on Chorus.ai to review important points later for follow-up. I can depend on its transcription.

None. I have never used anything like Chorus.ai before that provides speech to text conversion capabilities. I have used lots of video conferencing applications like Zoom, GoToMeeting, Webex, etc., but none provides the ability to quickly access the recordings and the transcripts of what transpired during the meetings. I'm not sure of any other products similar to Chorus.ai.
We use chorus to playback meeting recordings and to read the transcriptions. We use zoom and integrated chorus with it to automatically record meetings and do speech to text conversions. However we use chorus extensively for both internal and external meetings for different needs. I have not used something similar to chorus in the past hence unable to provide a meaningful comparison at this point.
We review next steps, to-dos, and risks as a team especially for meetings with prospects and customers. We review the transcription content extensively to gather important points for QBR (Quarterly Business Review) preparation.
I don't know if this is good or not but I have never run into any issues with Chorus.ai hence had no need to contact your customer support team. Chorus.ai UI is very intuitive to use to find the info that we look for such as to-dos, next steps, risks, call transcripts, etc. I use search to find the meetings by customer names and I have no issues getting the list accurately. Also, the search filters are useful to filter based on teams. I check the participants once in a while to know who attends certain meetings. I use the playlist feature to group all customer/prospect-related videos.
