Overall Satisfaction with Chrome River EXPENSE

Our entire organisation is using Chrome River. We are using it for expense management and for reporting puropses. It is integrated with our ERP system and we are using it for tracking expenses, for processing vouchers and for reporting/building reports which helps us to reduce the time spent on such activities before.

Pros

  • Great customer service and help desk support.
  • Many different upgrades and enhancements each month.
  • Great layout and design.

Cons

  • I don't see any disadvantages or areas to improve.
  • Positive - less spent on paper copies.
  • Positive - fewer people needed for processing expenses manually.
Application looks really good, the design is tremendous. Employees love the colors, icons, interface. Creating the report and approving it is really easy, process is smooth and simple. Users are happy with the product. Each month we are receiving a lost of upgrades and enhancements - tool is constantly developing and providing better functionalities.
Our previous tool was not cloud-based and was not supported so we decided to switch to something modern and more functional. The user experience is much more "on plus," tool is modern, user friendly and great designed. We could incorporate more credit card programmes and provide more options. Users can also upload the pictures via smartphone, we have a dedicated mobile app, the entire process is now way better than before.
We have a dedicated Help Desk portal and we are receiving notifications each time there is a server issue or other issues so we can be up to date. Tickets are being resolved really quickly, help desk team is really professional and supportive. They are trying to solve the issues as soon as possible and the communication is great.
It works great for the T&E expenses and for Meeting Card programmes. It is easy to create the report, submit it and export it regardless of payment type (credit card or out of pocket transactions). Employees can pick the tile with suitable icon and easily create a report.
