Overall Satisfaction with Chrome River EXPENSE

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Chrome River EXPENSE is being used firm-wide. I am in charge of training our users, both new hires and current, on how to use the system. We find it very user friendly and it has greatly helped in getting reimbursements back to the users more quickly with the paperless receipt option.

The allocation of hotel expenses (tax, etc) could be simplified to a single screen.

Return on Investment

I am not really sure, as I wouldn't handle this.

Usability

We don't use the mobile app but when we train users on how to use the system, the feedback that we receive is that Chrome River is very intuitive once they create their first expense report. They almost never come back for refresher training after that, which speaks to the ease of use.

Support Rating

I am not involved in the support but from what I have heard, it's been great.

Likelihood to Recommend

I think Chrome River EXPENSE is well suited for all companies seeking a simple reimbursement program that is quick, efficient, and supports paperless receipts. I can't really think of anything that it is lacking as it is really a great system overall. I have not seen the upgraded new version yet but the version we are on works well for us.
